The State on Tuesday 23rd June 2020 documented new charges against the Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah otherwise called NAM 1 at the Accra Circuit Court.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sylvester Asare told the Court that the State had recorded another charge sheet against the accused however his orders were that he should clutch it and furthermore the request taking of the blamed
“We, therefore, plead with the court not to take his plea as there will be further instructions l need to adhere to going forward,” he said.
The Court directed by Ellen Asamoah conceded the solicitation of the arraignment.
NAM 1 is facing 63 charges of illegal tax avoidance, taking stores without power with other relatives now on the loose.
