Award-winning media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has at last responded to the viral updates on her using a fake number plate on a Range Rover she got from an admirer on her birthday.
As indicated by Nana Aba Anamoah, she was the same person who revealed the fake number plate to the police and filed a complaint after she got the news that the number plate is fake.
Nana Aba Anamoah claims that she was innocent about the whole saga surrounding the fake number plate since it was a gift she received from an admirer.
Speaking to the host of Morning Star, Nana Aba Anamoah said:
” When I noticed the concerns about the number plate, I went to the police myself to file a report. The next day, I went to the regional CID officer and filed a witness statement that I had received a car with a fake number plate. I took it seriously. I don’t know how this number plate came on the car and the police are investigating”.
The award-winning journalist wandered why people will point fingers at her when she received a gift just like the others she received on her birthday.
Nana Aba Anamoah even stated during the interview she does not have the money to buy such a car on her own to fix a fake number plate on it.
“I received as a gift, I have nothing to do with it and I don’t even have that money to buy such a car,” she said.
