Today is the day for the Supreme Court to hear John Mahama’s election petition. The main business for the day is a request by the NDC’s 2020 flagbearer, John Mahama that the EC admits to certain facts.
The pre-trial conference which is to determine how the case proceeds is also an issue up for discussion.
